One didn’t show up, one said the job wasn’t big enough to bother with, and Jon. Not only did Jon show up for what I thought I needed him for, he pointed out some other things that he could help me with! The work was part replacement and part repair, and quite honestly I cannot tell the difference. Jon was flexible, on time, and most importantly, he did what he said he would do, right when he said he would do it. He was more than fair with his prices, and now that the work is done, quite honestly, he could have charged me more and I still would have felt I received value for my money.
